This Privacy Policy explains what Crypto Melodies LLC ("MeloCharts") collects, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and a hashed (never plaintext) password for anyone with a MeloCharts login.
• Broker connection metadata — your account login, server name, and platform (MT4/MT5) so trades can be routed. We do not store broker passwords; where a credential must pass through to establish a session, it is not persisted afterward.
• Trading and billing activity — signals published/mirrored, subscription status, and payment records (processed by our payment provider — MeloCharts does not store full card numbers).
• Technical data — IP address and basic device/browser information, collected for security auditing (e.g. sign-in logs) and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To operate the service (authenticating you, routing signals, calculating fees and payouts), to keep the platform secure (detecting suspicious logins, enforcing risk limits), to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't store your broker password. We don't use your data to trade on your behalf beyond the copy settings you explicitly configure.

4. Sharing

We share information with the vendors that make the service work — our payment processor for billing, our broker-connectivity provider for routing trades to your MetaTrader account, and infrastructure providers that host the platform — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep account and trading-activity records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to satisfy audit, tax, and legal obligations typical of a financial-adjacent service.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account, subject to records we're required to retain by law. Contact us to make a request.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plaintext. Sensitive fields we do need to hold temporarily are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

9. Children

MeloCharts isn't directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
