These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MeloCharts, a product of Crypto Melodies LLC ("MeloCharts," "we," "us"). By creating an account, connecting a broker terminal, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use MeloCharts.

1. What MeloCharts is

MeloCharts is execution and analytics software that lets one trader (a "maestro" or "provider") publish their trades and lets another trader (a "subscriber" or "follower") mirror them on their own MetaTrader 4 or 5 account. MeloCharts is not a broker, is not a money transmitter, does not custody client funds, and does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All trading happens directly on your own broker account, at your own broker.

2. Non-custody and credentials

MeloCharts is designed so that we never store your broker password. Depending on the integration you use, either your MetaTrader terminal talks directly to our signal hub using a per-account token you control, or your credentials pass through to our connectivity layer to open a session with your broker and are not persisted afterward. Read/execute access you grant is exactly what you configure — MeloCharts has no ability to withdraw funds from any connected account.

3. Accounts

Access to MeloCharts is currently by invitation or admin provisioning. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Fees and billing

Providers pay a setup fee and a recurring subscription based on their plan tier, plus a per-subscriber platform fee. Subscribers pay the price their provider sets. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

5. Maestro (provider) obligations

If you publish trades for others to copy, you represent that any performance information you provide is accurate and not misleading, that you have the right to trade the account you connect, and that you won't use MeloCharts to solicit funds, guarantee returns, or operate as an unregistered investment adviser where registration is required. We may suspend or remove a maestro profile at our discretion, including for misleading performance claims.

6. Subscriber (follower) obligations

Copying a maestro's trades is your decision and your risk. You're responsible for the risk settings you choose (position sizing, per-maestro caps, daily loss limits) and for monitoring your own account. See our Risk Disclosure — trading leveraged instruments can lose more than you deposit.

7. Prohibited use

• Attempting to circumvent risk controls, fee structures, or referral rules.
• Using another person's account or credentials without authorization.
• Publishing false, manipulated, or misleading performance data.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service's operation.
• Using MeloCharts for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

8. Disclaimers

MeloCharts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that mirrored trades will execute at any particular price or speed, or that any maestro's past results predict future performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeloCharts and its affiliates aren't liable for trading losses, missed trades, execution delays, or broker-side failures.

9. Termination

You may stop using MeloCharts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users. Termination doesn't affect obligations already accrued (including unpaid fees).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Crypto Melodies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
